Virtues

Abstinence
Eat not to drowsiness. Drink not to elevation.

Silence
Speak only to benefit others or yourself.
Avoid conversation that has no significance or value.

Order
Let all your things have their places.
Let each part of your business have a time.

Determination
Determine to do the things that you should.
Follow through, without fail, what you've determined to do.

Frugality
Only spend resources on things that are good for others or yourself.
Waste nothing.

Industry
Lose no time. Be always employed in something useful.
Cut off all unnecessary actions.

Integrity
Do not allow your strategies be hurtful.
Think humbly, honorably and soundly;
and if you speak, speak accordingly.

Justice
Wrong no one by harming or failing to recognize due rewards.
Treat all adequately, fairly, and with full appreciation.

Moderation
Avoid extremes. Refrain from feeling angered at being
treated wrongly even though you feel your anger is justified.

Cleanliness
Tolerate no uncleanness in body, clothes or habitation.

Tranquility
Be not troubled by things of little value or importance,
or by accidents common or unavoidable.

Chastity
Rarely use venery but for health or offspring. Never to dullness,
weakness, or the injury or your own or another's peace or reputation.

Humility
Imitate Jesus and Socrates.
